el respeto

is the rule that self-enforces at UMX. and when failing that natural course, will be enforced. give some, get some. i value original thought, and new viewpoints. these can be heard in an atmosphere of respect. for oneself, for others.

if you are new, read a bit. suss out the glosario. choose the stylesheet that is best for you. read one or more of the bios. read the comment threads, and maybe check out a few links on the sidebar to get a feel for what I'm about. there may be a wider scope of discussion and intent than the initial look of the blog communicates.

finally, this is a safe space for the fringe and the freaks and the fabulous by their own definition. in our every day culture certain values are in place and so entrenched they are often invisible. you may find they are made blatant and then often rearranged at UMX. this is not an accident.
