What is it with the GOP? Do they shop for their candidates at the same anachronistic and hateful juncture in the space/time continuum? Directly following the whole "Macaca" Debacle, we have Mister Tramm telling us about one of the nasty side effects of having dark skin—it precludes swimming ability! Bet you didn't know that.
