• N.B.: "Emilio Sanza" is about as accurate a reflection of my real name as the "Colonel" title Mr. Lambert dons for our correspondence. OH, and the byline that Minuteman Salsa uses in other places is not "Deport Foreign Salsa," but "Deport Bad Taste."
I guess for our email exchange, he decided to alter the agenda of the company. I am, of course, very flattered....

UM nope, you are "Anglicizing" Mexican cooking. But then again cultural theft is the sincerest form of irony/hypocrisy.
