BECAUSE I'VE ALREADY PIMPED THIS extensively, and that sort of thing gets tiring, I won't go on and on. But on this slowest of blogging days, I thought it right to mention that Chican@ Art Mag (featuring mucho arte hermoso by various artists and even some palabras by yours truly) has been written up briefly in the Los Angeles Times! Hey now! It ain't about me, this is good news for the community. The LA Times, far out, vato!
The idea, said Molina, is to take on Mexican American pop culture the same way Giant Robot Magazine has been taking on Asian American pop culture for the last decade.
