If the photos themselves were not horrifying enough, the artist creates a hyper reality which makes the sin even more mortal than a simple picture can convey.
All of this "liberation" in the name of democracy makes me sick.

i agree LeeSee.
what i love is how he darkens everything and shows the blood...yet it all feels oddly clean and glossy. there is horror and pain and degradation—but no dust. it is exactly like some terrible, terrible spotlit dream...which makes it awful because we know it is realer than even our own president.
