THESE ARE NOT ANOMALIES. This is how the police act MUCH of the time. It's based on the way they see themselves and those who dare to question the authority and might of the State. This is what's wrong with having armed thugs acting on "behalf" of the State. There is no fairness there. It's like a Mob racket, taking money to pretext you.

There is bullying and sadism in the very notion of Police. Some areas and types of people are pretty much exempt from ever understanding this. And some know it in they bonez.
