Feed on Me. When You're Not Strong.

FOR THOSE WHO access this site via a feed, here is a headsup on a change I am making: I am going to pull the plug on the index.xml file (the "old" feed before I used FeedBurner). If you are connected to this feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/theunapologeticmexican, then you are okay, and no change will be needed.
If you use a feed reader, but this confuses you, there is an easy solution. Just hang on until the end of the post.
Secondly, I am doing the same for the comment feed. Again, if you are subscribed through the FeedBurner comment feed, nothing will change. But if you were somehow connected to the comment.xml feed that originated from this site, that will no longer update.
If you do use feeds but checking the source of your feed(s), or wading through the What Ifs of this explanation makes your head spin, simply
1) delete the feed(s) you have for this site
and
2) resubscribe right now with these links: RSS feed for posts and RSS feed for comments. In that way you can insure a smooth ride with no lag in posts or dreadful anxiety that will surely keep you awake.
I will make these changes—renaming my output files, deleting the old ones, and editing my .htaccess file to temporarily redirect anyone who tries to hookup to the new feed by typing in an "index.xml" address to FeedBurner—tomorrow so that you have time to get this warning post sent to your feedreader.
