I was fucking pissed off when they razed the farmland, I sent them some money and I really thought they had a good case, legally and morally (and environmentally). And after all that the developers/city have wrecked the place and are still finding time to turn the knife in the wound. And all to make some rich people a bit richer, nevermind the hundreds of people whose lives are degraded by the scam. So an extra Lexus or a swimming pool is more important that many people farming happily and reducing the environmental damage of non local food transport. There was no angle in which it wasn't a bad decision. Wankers!

There are some things that get posted about on this blog and others I recently fell in love with that I just do not have words to respond to. The South Central Farm tragedy is one of them. The DL Hughley thing, and everyone on that bandwagon of inexplicable coldness towards the Rutgers athletes, is another. There are a lot more. I think I am better at expressing anger than sorrow, and as angering as the aforementioned incidents are, fury is not the overriding feeling I was left with.
