THE GOP IS TERRIFIED of Obama's charisma. They can't take it away from him, so now they are dragging Rove's filthy playbook back up out of the toilet (Turn Thy Enemy's Greatest Sstrength Into a Perceived Deficit), as well as tapping into some pretty tired stereotyping of blacks as mentally-inferior, body(surface)-centric humans. And shiftless! Impressive, the depths of the GOP's—er, the WHITE HOUSE'S, depravity.
And honestly, to do this when so much is erupting right now in the South, when blacks are having to deal now with overt institutional racist (in)justice that has been kept mostly undercover or dressed-up for so long? This really grosses me out, and you know what? I think the GOP is a dead beast twitching. They are only appealing to tools and subjects. The rest of us want nothing to do with this caveman shit anymore. If this is all they have, well. They are alllll played out.

granted, the GOP is far worse...but it makes me ill to tell myself "lesser of two evils"...again.
it all depends what happens twixt now and 2008. i may "vote my conscience" and a third party.

That depends. "Lazy" is a charge often aimed at lower-class whites from the South or from Appalachia. "Hillbilly" goes there, too, but also carries a connotation of ignorance. I've got more hillbilly relatives (sorry, ah mean hillbilly KIN) than I've got fingers and toes, but there's only a couple of them that I would call lazy.
However, I do take your meaning, that "lazy" is more often used to slur groups of minorities and that it doesn't carry the same baggage as it does when it is attached to a lone white man.

i am talking about the spirit of honesty and you are getting abstract about it. we all know we cannot verify anyone, that is beyond the point! (anyway, it's untrue; i can verify an email address and you clearly leave a false one.)
an "anon" moniker is tantamount to wearing a mask on the bus. and i ain't havin' it. sorry you dont understand, or choose not to, or choose to disregard the rules i set here. but dont take it personally. after all, an "anon" persona is well...hardly very personable! and it's not anyway. just a preference i have for the aura of the place. thanks
