Nezua Skywalker

Categorized under Foto , Planeta | Tags:

TAKING A BREAK from both the reactionary news cycle and my long, hard work hours, I bring you the Nezua Skywalker series.

Just some shots I promised you when I got back from the NYC trip. Just some shots that really make you think twice about these ideas we have, ideas like "borders" and owning our Mother Earth.

9 big pictures. Low bandwidth hell.

Okay. That one is a little scary. But the rest are very beautiful.

Whoa. That is one aspect of flying that I can get behind.

What favor could I do for you in exchange for getting some of these as 1920 x 1200 desktop pictures? They're beautiful.

no favor at all necessary. i will upload some later today in a zip file, and make them available for download.

and good call...i'm actually using the bottom one as a desktop image for my main monitor. it's very calming, something that's easy to look at when you are sitting at a desk and looking at a screen for hours.

Dreamy. I have the antiquated dial-up, the really slow type. But the images came up fine. I think I have your site set on the low rez symbol you provide, but the photos seem to have more than enough information.

good...i do optimize them for the web when I create these, so that's good to hear.

The travel freaks want to know what airline and aircraft type was involved.

Judging from how close the window was to the engine pod, I'm guessing you were on a 737 or 757. And from the (maybe?) blue engine pod, I'm going to guess you were on a Delta acft, though it could also be United or JetBlue.

You may now pronounce me guilty of being an air travel geek.

jeje.

well, remember, this pic is zoomed in. haven't uploaded those desktop images yet, tho i will when i have a moment free for that, today i hope. maybe in those you can see a more accurate distance. or maybe you ARE SUCH a travel freak you can tell anyway!

good call on United! that's the one. dont know what type of aircraft. big one, for these shots.

you are quite impressive in your Engine Pod Wisdom. :)

I used to spend a *lot* of time on airliners. Especially Delta, United and Northwest. And I even got FedExed once. :)

When I was on the road, I'd adjust my travel times so I could get my company to fly me on the airline and/or flight that I wanted. Or to ensure that I could use upgrade points or coupons, or to squeeze out more frequent-flyer miles or maybe even to get 'promoted' by one of the airlines. I don't fly for work any more, but I do get a glazed look in my eyes when someone posts travel pix.

Man. Now I'm gonna be all geeky for the rest of the day. ;)
