Seriously though, estoy de acuerdo consigo-- Anglos here in the USA who settled down here, the Latino-haters are arrogant beyond description since Chicanos and other Latinos preceded us here by a looong time, and founded the cities and culture esp in places like Arizona. Latinos in particular have every right to settle here w/o being shouted at as "illegals." Those Anglos who want to stay here too should accept that fact, respect nuestros hermanos, aprender algo español and generally be good neighbors. Those Anglos who can't accept it? Learn some Swedish or Norwegian or Dutch or something, and take a one-way flight back to our own lands up in Europe. Sounds fair to me.

That dude is like a spoiled rich kid who never worked a day in his life, yet is pissed when his parents won't buy him everything he wants. That guy doesn't realize that the proseperity of America is due to the hard work of a lot of people, of ALL different colors and ethnic groups including blacks and mexicans. But he thinks that he's entitled to some of that prosperity and no one else is?

The rich kid not ever having worked doesn't understand how much his parents sacrificed to get what they had. America wouldn't have accomplished what it has in the past without black and mexican people. If that dude that wrote the e-mail was really looking to solve problems and make this a better country he would realize that, understanding that is a necessity to moving forward. So that's why I say that guy just wants the prosperity without any work or thought towards what got it there...just like the rich kid.

you put it well. we must also include the Chinese and the Chileans and the Argentinians in the mines and the fields back in the industrial boom, and even today we must thank the Cubanos and really, many people from Latin America who still work our fields and fill our factories and slaughterhouses and kitchens....and yet are called and treated as scum by those who are empowered by all that labor.

That just shows they're multi-purpose, Nezua. We can use them up until there's no work left in them, and then we still have them as convenient scapegoats when it comes time to complain about how screwed up everything is. Heck, we even have the luxury of believing the crap we say when we do that.

There is a multi-billion dollar industry designed to prevent whites from noticing that the Republicans are racists shites. I sometimes wonder if I shouldn't start listening to Lou Dobbs and just take is fucked-up satanic worldview at face value and just start breeding as many brown kids as I can, then take my clan out to vote like fucking crazy. So long as skin color determines politics -- so long as whites can ignore racists and go on their merry way -- raw numbers will rule the day whenever money doesn't.
