OR MAYBE SOMEWHERE more sinister...
Could a strange substance found by an Ark-La-Tex man be part of secret government testing program? That's the question at the heart of a phenomenon called 'Chemtrails.' In a KSLA News 12 investigation, Reporter Jeff Ferrell shows us the results of testing we had done about what's in our skies.
'It seemed like some mornings it was just criss-crossing the whole sky. It was just like a giant checkerboard,' described Bill Nichols. He snapped several photos of the strange clouds from his home in Stamps, in southwest Arkansas. Nichols said these unusual clouds begin as normal contrails from a jet engine. But unlike normal contrails, these do 'not' fade away.
Soon after a recent episode he saw particles in the air. 'We'd see it drop to the ground in a haze,' added Nichols. He then noticed the material collecting on the ground.
'This is water and stuff that I collected in bowls. I had it sitting out in my backyard in my dad's pick-up truck,' said Nichols as he handed us a mason jar in the KSLA News 12 parking lot back in September after driving down from Arkansas.
KSLA News 12 had the sample tested at a lab.

The results: A high level of barium, 6.8 parts per million, (ppm). That's more than three times the toxic level set by the Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA. [...]We discovered during our investigation that Barium is a hallmark of other chemtrail testing. This phenomenon even attracted the attention of a Los Angeles network affiliate, which aired a report entitled, 'Toxic Sky?' [...]
[T]hose who fear chemtrails could be secret biological and chemical testing on the public point to the 1977 U.S. Senate hearings which confirmed 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Later, the 1994 Rockefeller Report concluded hundreds of thousands of military personnel were also subjected to secret biological experiments over the last 60-years.

Last summer I grew suspicious of the planes that flew overhead. It had nothing to do with my fearing Chemtrails because I had never heard of them at that point. It may have had a little to do with an autumn a few years back when planes crashed into my neighborhood, I've felt uneasy about overhead planes since then. I tend the watch a bit closer these days. But for all I know they were just making multiple runs overhead to do something innocent...like photograph the neighborhood.

Believing that our government might be carrying out secret experiments on the populace...well...that's just un-american! Accepting that the US might be interested in testing the theory that "barium could be meant to wear down a person's immune system" makes me want to ask the question..."What would be the motive?" Would our government wish to do harm to anyone? Well...that thought is just un-american. Reading, for example, that the emergency response plan to the super-flu is to withold any innoculations for those aged 60 or over is sure a wake-up call though. My worthless, unproductive, overaged friends and I, with our deranged sense of humor and diminished faculties, pose the theory that it is a plan to solve the Social Security deficit problem. So now I see a program called the Space Preservation Act and it's like a Sci-fi movie. Are old people taking up too much space?........I have a solution...yeah....but that would be un-american. But then again, I don't know what America is any more. It is like looking through a thick fog, without corrective lenses, and I don't recognize the same country I did 50 years ago. It may have been an illusion then. America is certainly an illusion now.

peasant you may be closer to la verdad than you would like to be, Im sure
Our government has always carried out these 'experiments' from the small-pox blankets to virus testing on cities like san fransisco in the mid 1950's.
As far as social security, the goal is to diminish the number of people who are around long enough to qualify. Its sounds tin-foil-hat sinister, but I have seen enough to make me a believer.
a good, but sometimes hard to digest site for some seriously dark information is prisonplanet.com. I temd to visit it only occasionally because its just way too much information at once for my little brain to handle

I had to have a barium meal once and get scanned, not the tastiest thing. So if they're posioning you I would insist on something a bit spicier. It might be contrails are causing pollution to coalesce, as no one is protecting US citizen's from pollution, especially now-

Oh I know what they're doing.
Weather control experiments (really), more specifically they're trying to seed clouds so as to produce rain on demand.
God, I was actually thrown for a second because Barium is kind of a nerve poison - it's not what any sensible person would use to seed clouds like that because what gets thrown out of a plane must come down, but it is Hygroscopic - that is to say that it tends to attract water and so actually makes some sense to use it in trying to create clouds, and why the contrails linger as they do.
Unfortunately barium is a poison that, if you're lucky, will only give you a heart attack, worst case scenario if you drink enough of it diluted into water you end up suffering from full blown paralysis.
Which is precisly why only an idiot would spray it in an attempt at cloud seeding - the justification for weather control is that it puts an end to droughts and what-not (except climatology doesn't quite work like that, and artificial clouds here means no clouds somewhere else, so all you end up doing is moving the problem around), a justification that makes even less sense if you need to basically pour several gallons of a nerve toxin into the local water table.
Asbestos! Radium! Cigarettes! Could someone please just attempt to think things through before they start throwing crap like this about? Just once would be nice, really it fucking would...

this is the same government that infested black men with syhillis to see how far it would travel, and determine the outcome.

yes, the Tuskegee incident is one i think of, as well, when people suggest a larger investment of trust and benefit of the doubt in the government.
