Did you see Las Mañanitas a la Virgen de Guadalupe anoche? What a gorgeous celebration for la Virgencita. It brought tears to my eyes more than once, mainly when the artists called for her blessings and protection for los migrantes. That, actually, was a very big theme of the event. Each time, I gave mi amor una abrazcita más fuerte. The music was amazing, and for a white baptist girl, the passion was truly something to behold.
