Um, since we've provided weapons to the terrorists by leaving them lying about for them to steal since the beginning of the war (which is a benefit to Bush since he likes the war), that may not be all that sarcastic, rafael. This is the problem I had with the assholish "South Park Republican" position: the terrorists at-large and the Republicans have closer interests than U.S. citizens and Republicans. Both wanted the U.S. to invade Iraq, for example.
Ironically enough, Iraqis and U.S. citizens have been on the same page for decades: stop U.S. support of the hellbound in the middle east.
So, yeah, wouldn't surprise me if terrorists gave a big thumbs-up.
