SOME SMOOOVE VOCALS to take ya into this sunny (at least where I am) Friday afternoon. Hoy less Flamenco, y más Bachata! Just feels right. Aventura with La Boda (The Wedding). Reminds me of Westchester, I used to play this album on my iPod Mini while I rode the train in and out of the city. Odd...I can almost mark my life off by sections, according to what Mac gadget I was using the most. How funny. Better than those times your life turns into a John Irving novel...or a Michael Douglass movie. God. Suddenly I feel very American. And smug, knowing that somewhere, David Bowie is afraid. Although he definitely has even more gadgets than me.
Plan is to go see Obama tonight, as he is coming right here to Eugene, after stopping in Portland and Salem. I have hope, hope that I can catch some videolicious footage to bring home.
I'm sure one or two or a few of the Guest Bandit@s should be around this weekend. Hope so, as I'll be working dawn to dark trying to catch up with the backload on my work schedule and don't think I'll have much time to post. If so, please show them some love. It ain't easy keepin' this town in order just with internet softwares and no stinkin' badges.
